Lee Pace revealed in a recent interview that he filmed a fully nude opening scene for the upcoming sequel Practical Magic 2, which opens in theaters on September 11.

The scene features his character, professor Ian Wright, cursed and immobilized in bed, making it the first sequence he shot for the film.

He said, “I’m laying there with my eyes closed, hearing their voices — their beautiful, distinctive voices,” adding that seeing Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman on set made the moment feel surreal. “And it was definitely a moment: Wow, this is going to happen .”

According to Variety, the Emmy‑nominated actor discussed the experience on SiriusXM’s Front Row with Andy Cohen on September 9, alongside co‑stars Joey King, Maisie Williams and Xolo Mariduena.

The sequel reunites Bullock and Kidman as witch sisters Sally and Gillian Owens, who travel to England to seek Wright’s magical help, as shown in the trailer released earlier this week.

Fans can expect the full film to hit the big screen this Friday, with the trailer already generating buzz online.
