Kaya Scodelario told Today on September 9 that she has no say in casting decisions for the Netflix series The Gentlemen.

The 34‑year‑old actress said, “I, unfortunately, have no decision‑making abilities. I wish I did because I would love to cast the show myself; I’d put all my friends in it.”

She added that she doesn’t know whether Meghan Markle will appear in season three, but she’d be happy to have the Duchess on board, noting the show’s knack for “great guest actors” who add “magic” to the story.

The actress praised the series for welcoming memorable guest stars in season two and said the more, the merrier when it comes to new talent.

Co‑star Theo James was also asked about the rumors in a recent interview, confirming the speculation continues to circulate.

Season two of The Gentlemen is currently streaming on Netflix, and fans can expect more updates as season three moves forward.
