Power: Origins announced its full cast on Thursday, confirming that several original actors will reprise their roles while a wave of new talent joins the prequel series.

The series, first reported in March 2024, began shooting in late 2025 and completed filming in early August, according to a Starz press release.

Set in the early days of the franchise, the show follows the youthful versions of Ghost, Tommy and Kanan as they launch ambitious street‑level businesses in New York City.

Power: Origins is the fourth spinoff of the Power universe, which debuted on Starz in June 2014 and has since expanded with three additional series.

Returning cast members will step back into their iconic roles, and the production has added 13 new actors to portray the characters’ younger selves and supporting figures.

Starz said the ensemble aims to explore “fresh and compelling ways” to tell the origin story, promising fans a mix of familiar faces and fresh perspectives.

With filming wrapped, the network plans to release a trailer later this year as anticipation builds for the series premiere.
