19-year-old Aurora Kiba, the fiancée of 62-year-old pop star Grigory Leps, has answered Philip Kirkorov’s harsh words that she “has no identity.” She wrote a post on her Instagram to share her side.
She said, “One year ago at the Muz-TV Awards, I walked the red carpet with Grigory Leps, and he introduced me as his fiancée. Did my life change? Absolutely! In just a few months, everything changed – people recognize me, ask for photos, and my audience grew fast. My social media views are still off the charts, even compared to some big-name influencers.”
But Aurora emphasized her personal values remain unchanged. She explained, “My parents taught me not to show off wealth or connections. Just because I don’t flaunt things doesn’t mean I’m an escort, have no personality, or that my mom ‘sold me to an old man.’”
She made it clear that she achieved success on her own: “To be me, I don’t need Philip Kirkorov or the red carpet with Leps. I only need myself! Of course, with Grisha, my journey just accelerated – but that was by chance.”
Earlier, on a TNT show, Philip Kirkorov questioned her: “Why are you here? There are athletes, actors, psychics – people who earned it themselves. And you? You don’t exist as a personality. You’re just someone’s girlfriend.”
Aurora responded that she’s much more than that. “I’m not just a girl walking with a star. He proposed four times.”
Their romance began after the Muz-TV Awards. Soon, rumors of a wedding emerged, and Leps confirmed they were planning to marry. The ceremony was set for summer but got delayed due to the singer’s financial matters.
Many criticize the pair for their big age gap and suggest it’s a PR stunt. Speculation grew when Aurora started a music career and appeared on TV. Yet, Leps and Aurora continue to talk about future dreams and still go on dates together.
