Lena Perminova shared a new post on social media where she looked back on her childhood and talked about the importance of gratitude in life.
Perminova said that when she was a child, she did not have a bicycle, and she also did not have the chance to see palm trees.
“The most important thing is to remember this at 40, somewhere on the way to breakfast in the Maldives”
She said that moments like this make her think about the things and people who helped bring her to this point in life, and about those she should be thankful for.
According to Lena Perminova, gratitude is not something people often focus on in the fast pace of modern life, although its meaning is much greater than it may seem.
She encouraged people to thank themselves for everything they have at the moment and to remember how much effort it took to reach that place and how much experience they have gained along the way. She added that after doing this, it somehow becomes easier.
Perminova said she is grateful to herself that once again they are together in the same place. She noted that palm trees no longer surprise her children the way they surprised her at their age, but watching cartoons together on a huge sofa still feels like something magical for them.
She also shared a moment of spending time together after the rain, describing it as a special family memory.
