Terms of Use
The ground rules for listening to Anti Radio, using our website and app, embedding our player and sending us your music.

1Accepting these terms
By listening to Anti Radio, using antiradio.net, the Anti Radio app or our embeddable player, or sending us a submission, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2The service
Anti Radio is a free, independent online radio station. We work hard to keep the stream online around the clock, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or free of interruptions. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the service — including shows, features and the app — at any time.
3Personal listening only
The stream is provided for your personal, non-commercial listening. Without our written permission you may not:
- Rebroadcast, relay or retransmit the stream, or include it in another station or service
- Record the stream, or parts of it, in order to distribute or publish them
- Remove or alter our name, branding or announcements
- Use automated tools that put unreasonable load on our servers
Playing music in public — in a shop, bar, restaurant, gym or office — may require public performance licences from collecting societies in your country. Obtaining them is the venue’s responsibility.
4Embedding our player
You may place the official Anti Radio player on your website using our embed generator, free of charge, provided that:
- You use the code as provided and don’t hide or change the Anti Radio name or branding
- You don’t suggest that Anti Radio endorses you, your site or your products
- The page it appears on doesn’t contain illegal, hateful or misleading content
We may ask you to remove an embed, or stop it from working on a particular site, at any time.
5The Android app
The Anti Radio app is distributed directly from antiradio.net, not through Google Play. Only download it from our website — we can’t vouch for copies from anywhere else. The app is provided as it is; install updates when they are offered to keep it working properly.
6Our content and brand
The Anti Radio name and logo, the design of our website and the texts we write belong to Anti Radio. You may quote short passages with a link to the source. Logos and brand materials are available in our press kit for editorial use. The music we play belongs to the artists, labels and other rights holders.
7Sending us your music
When you send a track through our submission form, you confirm that you own the rights to it or are authorised by the rights holders to send it to us. You allow Anti Radio, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, to:
- Play the track on the Anti Radio stream and in our shows
- Show the artist name, track title and artwork in our player, on our website and on our social media
You keep all rights to your music. We don’t promise airplay, and you can ask us to remove a track from rotation at any time by writing to info@antiradio.net.
8Using our forms
When you use our contact or submission forms, don’t send spam, malware, unlawful content, or material you don’t have the right to share, and don’t pretend to be someone else. We may ignore or delete messages that break these rules and block repeated abuse.
9Links to other services
Our player, pages and news link to other websites and services such as Spotify and YouTube. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.
10No warranty
Anti Radio is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the availability, accuracy or reliability of the stream, the website, the app or their content, including news articles and artist information.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anti Radio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Baku, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Anti Radio after a change, the updated terms apply.
