NewJeans a South Korean girl group consisting of Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein – are gearing up for their comeback. They expressed excitement about sharing new music with their fans but remained tight-lipped about the release date.
Speaking at Billboard’s Women in Music event, where they were awarded Group of the Year, Danielle mentioned their dedication to preparation and practice. Since their formation in 2022, NewJeans has released two EPs, played at various music festivals and awards shows, and contributed to the ‘League of Legends‘ World Championship soundtrack in 2023.
They enjoyed experimenting with a new genre for the song ‘Gods’ and expressed joy in combining their unique style with that of League of Legends. Their participation in the soundtrack follows the footsteps of artists like Lil Nas X, Imagine Dragons, and Against The Current.
