The representative of Azerbaijan will compete in the first semi-final against participants from Ukraine, Cyprus, Poland, Serbia, Lithuania, Croatia, Ireland, Slovenia, Iceland, Finland, Portugal, Luxembourg, Australia, and Moldova.
