Sabrina Carpenter’s ‘Espresso’ Hits UK No. 1

Sabrina Carpenter  a singer, achieved her first UK Number 1 single, “Espresso” amidst her late-night work. Despite a close race with Taylor Swift, “Espresso” secured the top spot with 8.8 million streams.

This funky hit marks Sabrina’s debut in the Top 10 and is the first caffeine-themed UK Number 1 single in 24 years. Shaboozey also celebrates his first UK Top 10 hit with “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” while Taylor Swift adds to her impressive record with “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart.”

Other notable entries include Chappell Roan’s “Good Luck, Babe!” and David Guetta & OneRepublic’s “I Don’t Wanna Wait.” Natasha Bedingfield’s remix of “These Words” and Tommy Richman’s “Million Dollar Baby” debut on the chart, and classics from Amy Winehouse re-enter the Top 40 amid the continued success of her biopic.
