Dzhigan commented on the lawsuit filed by his former wife Oksana Samoylova regarding the restriction of his parental rights.
In his statement, Dzhigan said that he believes recent publications about him are part of an information campaign ahead of the court process. Earlier, reports appeared claiming that Dzhigan had opened fire at his home in the Moscow region.
The artist said that the situation looks like a kind of information preparation for the upcoming court process.
According to the performer, this may be an attempt to create a negative public opinion about him.
Dzhigan said that he hopes law enforcement officers will calmly and objectively evaluate the facts without being influenced by information pressure and numerous accusations. He also said he believes that the court will rely only on evidence and the law, not on media headlines.
Dzhigan expressed regret that the family conflict, which he says initially developed in a civilized way, has moved into the public space.
He noted that, in his opinion, such issues should be resolved through legal procedures rather than through information wars.
Earlier, Dzhigan’s lawyer Sergey Zhorin stated that he does not see any grounds for opening a criminal case against the rapper.
