Chiara Ferragni continued her signature Milanese glamour at Vogue World Milano, the star-filled event that opens Milan Fashion Week. The Italian entrepreneur and influencer, who turned her Chiara Ferragni brand and online following into a fashion empire, walked through the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II on September 22 wearing a look from Fendi’s Fall 2026 collection, the first collection under new creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri.

The outfit featured geometric black lace and a transparent skirt, creating a strong monochrome look. The bodice was made with graphic lace panels, a sweetheart neckline and thin spaghetti straps, allowing skin to show through the open spaces in the pattern. From the waist down, the lace continued into a sheer black skirt with soft pleats and a floor-length, completely see-through design. The geometric style continued throughout the entire look. The outfit is part of Chiuri’s Fendi debut collection, which focused on sheer fabrics, structured lace and a mainly black-and-navy color palette.

Ferragni completed the look with pointed black pumps and a Cartier Panthère de Cartier bracelet, an articulated and fully paved cuff from the brand’s signature line. She also wore a polka-dot watch on her other wrist. Her blonde hair was styled in a loose, wavy half-up hairstyle with soft pieces framing her face. Her makeup included a smoky blue eye look and a glossy nude lip.

Vogue World Milano has reached its fifth edition, combining runway moments with a red carpet featuring Italian fashion names. Ferragni was photographed with guests including Jennifer Lopez in Dolce & Gabbana, Donatella Versace, Pierpaolo Piccioli and members of the Missoni family. They all attended the event that traditionally opens Milan Fashion Week.
