After welcoming her son Ratmir, Anastasia Reshetova opened up about her journey to regain her figure — and it’s more relatable than you might think.
In a candid post on her Telegram channel, the Russian model and influencer shared how she initially gave herself permission to enjoy food without guilt during pregnancy. “I let myself relax and eat pretty much whatever I wanted,” she said, believing that pregnancy justified those cravings. But before long, she realized that healthy eating and self-care couldn’t be ignored.
Even while pregnant, Anastasia tried to stick to a balanced routine. She avoided late-night snacks, kept her usual diet, took long walks, and even continued light workouts — but only up to the point allowed by her doctors. “Here’s a little secret,” she added, “breastfeeding actually helped me lose weight faster.”
According to her, about 9 extra kilograms stayed with her after giving birth, but they started to drop off naturally thanks to breastfeeding and — as she put it — a fair bit of stress too.
For those who don’t know, Anastasia and rapper Timati were together for around three years, from 2017 to 2020. Their son Ratmir was born in 2019. Timati also has a daughter, 11-year-old Alisa, with another well-known model, Alena Shishkova. Now, he’s reportedly expecting a third child with his current partner, Valentina Ivanova, although the couple hasn’t officially confirmed the baby’s birth yet.
Anastasia’s honest take on post-pregnancy body changes and motherhood is a refreshing reminder that even public figures go through ups and downs — and that the road to feeling confident again isn’t always perfect, but it’s definitely possible.
