Adel Veigel, the star of The Bachelor and a participant in the Titans project, openly spoke about her pregnancy and her fears about giving birth while answering questions from fans on her Telegram channel. The 26-year-old model and singer is expecting a baby with blogger Mikhail Litvin. This will be the first child for both of them.
Adel said the first months of her pregnancy were especially difficult. During almost the entire first trimester, she often cried and experienced sudden mood swings. Severe morning sickness led her to the hospital. After losing 5 kg and suffering from unbearable pain, she had to receive treatment through IV drips.
I was mentally and physically exhausted. Even thinking about it is terrifying. The only things that kept me going were knowing that my body was creating a miracle and the support of my loved ones.
Adel said she is still dealing with pain that she cannot overcome. “My whole back hurts badly. I get massages, do exercises, and I still work out, but nothing helps anymore, so I spend my nights without sleep. On top of that, I’ve been on my feet throughout my entire pregnancy,” she said.
When talking about childbirth, Adel admitted that she still feels anxious. Even though she believes she is 100 percent ready, the first feeling she experiences is fear. “I’m afraid of giving birth,” she honestly admitted.
Adel does not plan to change the concept of her blog or switch to “mom content.” She wants to keep the same style of posts and does not plan to make her child a public figure. For Adel, this stage of her life is very important, but she wants to stay true to herself and not make motherhood the only focus of her blog.
