A long-standing conflict between singer Sergey Zhukov and former “Ruki Vverh!” director Andrey Malikov over the group’s copyrights has resurfaced. The dispute reignited after a film about the group’s history was released, with some platforms banning its screening, prompting Zhukov to file legal complaints.

Malikov focuses not only on financial aspects but also on protecting his reputation, asserting that he played a key role in the group’s success.

While Zhukov and Potekhin accused Malikov of forging documents and took the matter to court, Malikov insists that the rights to the group’s early works legally belong to him.
