A terrible accident happened in New York City when a tourist helicopter crashed into the Hudson River near the famous Statue of Liberty. On board was Agustin Escobar, the head of the Siemens branch, along with his wife and three children. Sadly, none of them survived.
The helicopter had only been in the air for about 15 minutes before something went wrong. The 36-year-old pilot lost control, and the helicopter began spinning. Shortly after, it broke apart in the sky.
Before the flight, the family took a photo together to remember the moment — it was meant to be a joyful memory, but it turned into a heartbreaking tragedy.
