A Moscow court has officially ordered Filipp Begak, the new husband of famous blogger Nastya Ivleeva, to pay off his debt for housing and utility services. The court decision covers charges for the residential area, communal payments, heating, and electricity. However, the exact amount of the debt was not revealed.
