JADE has reunited with producer Mike Sabath, the man behind her hit song Angel of My Dreams, for her second album.
After working on several songs from JADE’s debut solo album, That’s Showbiz Baby!, including Angel of My Dreams, Mike Sabath has been chosen to produce her entire next album.
Speaking about the project, he said he is producing the whole album and is very excited about the new JADE music. He explained that during the first album they were still discovering their sound, but this time he is working on the full record from the start. He said this will help make the album feel more unified and cohesive. He also said JADE has more confidence, which has made the process even more enjoyable.
When asked how close they are to finishing the album, he said they are pretty far along.
That’s Showbiz Baby! reached No. 3 on the Official UK Albums Chart in 2025. That same year, the former Little Mix star won her first solo BRIT Award for Best Pop Act.
Mike Sabath also said he has stayed in touch with RAYE about working together again. However, the Where Is My Husband! singer has said she will not make another album until she falls in love.
He said they have checked in with each other, but they are not in the studio working on a new album yet.
Mike did not reveal the names of any other artists he is working with. He said he is now getting the chance to work with people he has always wanted to work with, but he cannot share their names because he has signed NDAs.
