Actress Nicole Kidman has spoken for the first time about her life after separating from singer Keith Urban. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the Oscar-winning actress opened up about the difficult time she’s going through and how she’s learning to accept everything as part of her journey.

According to Kidman, no matter what challenges life throws your way, there’s always a way forward. She said that pain cannot be ignored — it must be felt and lived through, even when it seems impossible. The actress believes that if you move gently and give yourself time, every storm eventually calms down.

Kidman also shared that with age comes not only wisdom but also inner peace. “I often tell myself,” she said, “I’ve been through this before — and I know I can handle it.”

The actress emphasized that she wants to share her experience, not to tell others what to do. “People will always make their own choices,” Kidman explained. “The main thing is to share what life has taught you, and let others take what resonates with them.”

Now, she says, she feels grateful for everything — for life, her career, and, most importantly, her children. “I’m thankful that I can keep moving forward as a woman, actress, and producer. And for having children who give my life meaning,” she said.

Nicole Kidman reportedly filed for divorce from Keith Urban on September 30, ending their 19-year marriage due to “irreconcilable differences.” According to sources, the couple has been living separately since early summer. They share two daughters — Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.
