Justin Bieber is planning to return to performing after a three-year hiatus, according to journalist Matthew Belloni from Puck News.

Belloni stated that the singer has already taken steps toward achieving this goal, including hiring a new lawyer. He speculated that Bieber’s decision to return to recording music and organizing concerts is likely motivated by a desire to earn money.

Despite selling his music catalog for $200 million (340 million AZN) in 2023, Bieber still faces financial obligations, particularly a debt owed to the AEG company, which arose after the cancellation of his world tour in 2022 due to health issues. “I’ve been told that Bieber needs money and wants to work,” Belloni clarified.

This isn’t the first time that Bieber’s return to the stage has been discussed in the media. In September 2024, rising indie artist and producer Mk.gee revealed that he is working with Justin to help him find a new sound. “He’s searching,” the artist noted.

It’s worth remembering that Bieber took a break from his career not only due to health problems (in 2022, he was diagnosed with Ramsey-Hunt syndrome, which caused partial facial paralysis) but also because of his wife Hailey’s pregnancy. The couple’s baby was born in August 2024.
