While everyone is still talking about Sarik Andreasyan and his controversial lecture at a film school, Lera Kudryavtseva has decided to settle an old conflict with the director. The famous TV host announced that she has forgiven Andreasyan for calling her a terrible name years ago.
The scandal began four years ago at the “New Wave” festival when Lera made a joke about Andreasyan’s films. She said, “His movies are like his work—there are many, but only a few are good.” This comment did not go unnoticed.
The director of the series “Life on Demand” responded harshly on social media. In a post, he questioned if Kudryavtseva had written her lines or if she was just a bad person. He also criticized the entertainment industry, calling it outdated and full of unprofessional hosts and singers. His post ended with a strong message, telling her to check her facts before speaking.
In a recent interview with Elena Khanga, Sarik Andreasyan apologized for his past words. Lera accepted his apology and shared a clip from the interview on her Telegram channel.
Kudryavtseva stated, “Elena just sent me a part of her interview with Sarik. I am not someone who holds grudges, but as they say, ‘the spoons were found, but the bitterness remains.’ However, today, that bitterness is gone. Sarik, I accept your apology. Thank you for having the wisdom to do this—it means a lot. I think I will watch one of your movies now. Every ‘war’ ends one day.“
Previously, Lera Kudryavtseva had also spoken out emotionally in defense of Anna Sedokova following the tragic death of Yanis Timma.
