Chappell Roan has achieved her first-ever Number 1 album on the Official Albums Chart with The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, which has reached the top spot in its 17th week on the chart. The Missouri pop artist’s album gained significant momentum due to its recent vinyl release, with physical sales making up over half of the total sales. The album also tops the Official Vinyl Albums Chart and the Official Record Store Chart. Three tracks from the album are on the Official Singles Chart: Good Luck, Babe! (3), HOT TO GO! (15), and Red Wine Supernova (32).

Charli XCX’s album BRAT returns to its previous peak of Number 2 on the Albums Chart, while Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign’s VULTURES 2 debuts at Number 7. Sam Smith’s In The Lonely Hour re-enters the Top 40 at Number 32, boosted by a 10th-anniversary edition, and Jack White secures his seventh solo Top 40 album with No Name at Number 33.
