Michael C. Hall Is Back At It

He’s back — and honestly, no one’s surprised. Michael C. Hall and Uma Thurman were spotted filming new scenes for Dexter: Resurrection season 2 in Uptown Manhattan.

And — the actors were photographed on location alongside director Marcos Siega as cameras rolled for the second season of the Showtime/Paramount+ continuation series. Michael kept it casual — charcoal short-sleeve button-down shirt, black pants, dark sneakers. Uma Thurman rocked a sleek all-black ensemble: cropped leather jacket, belted trousers, loafers, aviator-style sunglasses.

But — what’s interesting is Dexter: Resurrection picks up where Dexter: New Blood left off. Dexter Morgan woke up from a coma, traveled to New York City in search of his son Harrison — only to have his past catch up. At one point, Michael was seen chatting with Uma Thurman while leaning against a black SUV — later, he walked through the neighborhood as production continued.

So — Michael C Hall is killing it. No joke. How does he keep doing this? The thing is — production on the second season began earlier this year after the show scored a renewal in October 2025. And, lowkey, it’s getting interesting — the addition of Succession star Brian Cox in a series regular role is a big deal.

Real talk — fans are loving it. Honestly, it’s pretty much a given. Yet — it’s all working somehow. Gotta say — Dexter: Resurrection is set to break the internet all over again.
