The internet is buzzing again about the rich background of Grigory Leps’ 19-year-old fiancée, Aurora Kiba. While many assumed the singer was spending a fortune on her, new details suggest that Aurora’s family is already very wealthy on their own.
It turns out, Tatiana Kiba, Aurora’s mother, owns properties worth more than $34 million and runs several profitable businesses. After her husband passed away, she took over companies like BCK Elite, BCK Prestige, and BCK Lux, which together generate about $368,000 per year. She also holds a share in a high-end car wash based in a luxury housing complex, adding another $57,500 annually.
When it comes to real estate, the Kiba family has luxury homes in top Moscow locations. That includes a 530 sqm apartment in Knightsbridge Private Park near Luzhniki (valued around $17.2 million), a 256 sqm flat in Imperial House ($5.7 million), and a 160 sqm unit in Golden Fleece ($2.3 million). Pictures even hint at a private mansion in the elite Rublyovka area, likely in Lapino. Rumors suggest they may also own more apartments — and possibly a villa in Forte dei Marmi, Italy.
Leps does own some property — a $575,000 apartment near Moscow City, and a Thai-style villa on Novorizhskoye Highway, estimated at $17.2 million. However, his foreign bank accounts have been frozen, and some believe they held up to $20 million.
The public became interested in the Kiba family’s finances after Victoria Bonya claimed that Aurora’s father died by suicide due to bankruptcy, leaving his wife in debt. She also suggested Aurora was being married off to 63-year-old Leps because of financial struggles, not love. Aurora clapped back, calling Bonya’s comments “ridiculous”, and accused her of chasing attention — even reminding people that Bonya “used to sell herself to married men for €3,000.”
Rumors of the relationship began when Leps and Aurora appeared together at the Muz-TV Awards last summer. Soon after, wedding gossip spread across social media. Leps later confirmed the engagement, but said the ceremony was postponed because of money problems and his high spending on Aurora.
