Paris Jackson has reportedly sought a restraining order after alleging a persistent stalker trespassed on her property.
The 25-year-old daughter of the late Michael Jackson claims that on August 23rd, an individual arrived at her residence and unlawfully entered her premises by scaling her fence. Legal documents, as per TMZ.com, reveal these allegations.
Per the same source, the musician asserts that she has no prior acquaintance with this person and that he had previously faced legal consequences for trespassing at her residence. Furthermore, she claims that he has been inundating her with unwelcome communications since December 2019.
Paris is now petitioning a judge to issue a restraining order that mandates the individual to maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from her, her residence, her vehicle, and any venue where she performs. Additionally, she is seeking a prohibition on any form of online communication with this individual.
Law enforcement sources, as reported by TMZ, received another report of an individual approaching her front door two days after she applied for the restraining order. However, it’s worth noting that Paris was not present at home during this incident.
The Los Angeles Police Department’s Threat Management unit is said to be actively investigating the case.
