The apartment is not just any flat — it’s a three-room home, around 100 square meters, located in the luxury Riviera complex. Interestingly, it used to belong to Boris Moiseev, who later handed it over to Kristina, daughter of Alla Pugacheva.

Now, Latvian authorities are reportedly considering freezing the property, which is said to be worth up to 30 million rubles. Why? Their State Security Service believes that Orbakaite’s actions go against the national interests of Latvia. The controversy seems tied to her shows in Crimea and her participation in events that some view as Russian state-backed propaganda.

Even so, Kristina won’t be left without a place to live — she still owns two modern flats in Moscow, both in the well-known Four Winds complex on Bolshaya Gruzinskaya Street.

On top of that, producer Pavel Rudchenko shared his thoughts about the ban and even hinted that there might be another reason behind the Latvian decision.
