Lena said freediving feels like diving into yourself. There’s complete silence – no sound of breathing, no equipment noise – just you and the ocean.

In the video, Lena went down to 20 meters, while Taras reached 17 meters. That’s very impressive, especially for someone new to the sport!

She explained that filming in the cenotes of Mexico is not easy. The water is freezing, and your body shakes from the cold. Every movement has to be slow and gentle. But freediving helps you connect with your body and teaches you to move with care.

Their underwater dive looked like a spontaneous dance, and the calm of the ocean made it even more magical.
