She later shared her frustration on social media, writing:

“Some guests behaved so badly. I can’t accept this. They just didn’t come and didn’t even tell me. No respect at all. It felt like a slap in the face. You are all adults. You could have just sent a message saying you couldn’t come. But this was really rude. I reserved seats for you, and you just ignored it. That’s awful!”

Clearly, Irina was upset, and her reaction was understandable.
